Range Rover Tires

What size BF Goodrich tires are on the Range ROver in this months Rovers north magazine. They appear wider in the picture. Also do the HD Land Rover springs give any type of lift or just firm up the ride. Any advice or information would be appreciated. Tires in the near future.
