Series III windscreen on a Series IIa?

Has anyone adapted a windscreen from a Series III to fit a Series IIa?
Specifically, a bolt=on solution that doesn't require welding.

    Thanks.

I did not know there was a difference. What is it?

Just noticed this mentioned in another thread. Sounds like the pivot mounts are different but I'm not the expert on this.

Yes, the pivot points on the outside and the locking points on the inside are different. It looks like you can buy the Series III pivot points that bolt-on to the windscreen frame, but I don't know if they line up with the bulkhead points on the Series II.
