I have a set of inertia shoulder belts from Rovers North installed in the front of my truck. I called to see if they are available for the rear and was told no but maybe they could be made to work. Has anyone tried this or know where I could find a set that will work?

Thanks

I recently made a set for a 5 door. Pretty straightforward project.

Leafsprung,

What hardware did you use? Where did you purchase it?

Thanks

Made it all except the bolts, which I bought at the local fastener supply.

You could probably use the same belts as the front, as long as the length was adequate for the mounting points you use.

As to mounting hardware, Racer Wholesale has backing plates, eye bolts, etc.:

Use the backing plates on the underside of the vehicle to keep the bolts from tearing through the aluminum skin in the event of an accident, if you can't find a good spot on the structural elements such as the braces underneath the tub.

Our hosts might have the brackets to anchor at top. Not sure if the ones from the station wagons would work or could be adapted.

leafsprung,

So you hand wove the belts from what type of fiber?
