New Fuel Sender

The new sender I got came with two gaskets. A rubber one and a paper one. It makes the most sense to me to use the rubber one as it will seal better. Any opinions?

If its a genuine part, then I would go with the rubber gasket. If its an aftermarket then paper. Much of the rubber parts from the aftermarkets are crap, like the rubber park brake boots that only last a couple of years.
