Right Tale Light Does Not Work - HELP!

Finally took the plunge and bought an 06 LR3 HSE. There's only one problem - the dealer cannot figure out why the right handside tail light does not work. The've, of course, replaced the bulbs, changed the wiring harness and nothing works. The Brake, reverse and blinker lights all work on that side, except the tail light. The dealer has had the car for 4 days now- GRRRR!

Does anyone have any ideas as to why? Have you seen the happen?

I would like to drive the car sometime...

did ya ever figure this out? my r tail light quit but it was just the bulb.
