can anyone tell me what the pins are in the two wiring plugs to the fuel pump, and should I have power to anyone of these pins with the key on???

I'm assuming you have an AEL rig. Teh three pin connector is for the AEL solenoid. The other is for level sender and fuel pump power.
Power to the pump is provided via the white/purple wire and one of the grounds. You will only have power for a coupla seconds once you turn the key on. The ECU pressurizes the system and then shuts off until the engine is running as safety step so that fuel is not pupming if the engine isn't running.
