What wiring harness will I need?

I am in the process of beginning a frame swap on a 1972 SIII 88". Since I am going through all this, I figure it will be a good time to redo the wiring. The current wiring has been spliced, cut, shortened, old, dried, added into, etc...

Looking at the wiring harnesses available through our host, I noticed that there seems to be a few selections. What assembly do I need to purchase?
