2.5 Diesel Head Tightening

Anyone know the sequence and torque settings for putting my head back on my motor?
Torque settings for the rocker arm and rocker/valve gap would also be useful.

Torque specs and valve clearances

Cylinder head bolts - 91lb/ft
Rockershaft pedestal bolts - 18 lb/ft
Tappet adjuster nut - 18 lb/ft
Tappet clearances - 0.010in (0.25mm)
