Greetings:
I am seriously considering purchasing a 1989 stock Range Rover Classic. A couple simple questions: Are these vehicles smog compliant in CA from the factory? It has recently passed smog in WA. I am considering using it as a daily driver, am I nuts? Anything else from long time owners is appreciated.
