Series 3 rear axle

My rear axle casing has started to rot away and new ones are rather expensive. Are there ant American alternatives which could be used as a direct replacement not involving a lot of work (and lesser expense),

I could probably dig one up for you if you're in NE. IIa, but you could swap your hubs in and it would be pretty much the same.

I have a used casing that you could buy for very little, or i could make it look like new for a bit more.
