I've replaced this recently for this same reason (squealing right after starting
and the first ten minutes or so of warm up).
Replacing it with a new one cured it but it has now come back after a couple of hundred miles. I've tried belt dressing but that will only help for a very short time. The noise seems centered on the fan clutch/water pump pulley.
There is no coolant dripping out the weep hole in the water pump so I don't think that could be the problem. Any ideas?

I'd expect that the tensioner pulley's worn....... FWIW.....

I've considered the tensioner but the belt seems pretty tight. I'm a long way
from any parts counter (Saipan) so if I order any parts I want to make sure
I'm addressing the problem correctly.

Understandable and reasonable, given location.

I've seen other tensioners that hold tight yet squeal before the die. No guarantees that's what your problem is, but, it wouldn't surprise me if......

Good luck.....

Would a few drops of oil on the pulley bearing quiet it long enough to know for
sure? Or- is the noise caused by the spring tensioner losing its strength?

From the info given, the most likely candidate is the tensioner pulley :-
