How easy is to add TRAILER HITCH (http://www.roverparts.com/Parts/7475.cfm) and wiring to Discovery II 2000:confused:

This is straight "bolt on" and the electrics are "plug and play"

Pick up a used hitch off eBay usually go for around $90 or other used sources, i.e junkyard.

How to install wiring.....I got my kit off eBay for $12 shipped. LR kits have a history of issues, like not working.
