not really, gotta make your own. Why are you wanting to lift it?

A new set of parabolic springs, if yours are sagged out.

I did'nt think you could lift it to high cause of the front drive shaft issue with the cross member. I've searched this before and all I found was using a good set of parabolic springs.
You could gain 1 1/2 inches if you swith from stock 29"tires to 32" tires.

I installed new stock springs and 235/85/16 tires (basically 32s) and the truck rides high enough to get in and (more importantly) out of alot of trouble.

if parabolics are a "no can do" for you, trailmaster makes an add a leaf that adds 2 inches. http://www.trailmastersuspension.com/access/addaleaf.htm
however i dont know anyone who has gone this route though

You could go with a SOA setup. This will require some custom work of course. http://www.4wdandsportutility.com/features/rover/0611_4wd_1957_range_rover/index.html
