Does anyone have firsthand experience with either the Rovers North/TImm Cooper or Rocky Mountain disc brakes on all for corners? I am wondering if a proportioning valve is required going to the rear? If so what did you use and where did you set it up, pictures would be great. I have been loking at the Wilwood.
I am not trying to reopen the issue of should or why discs in the rear, I am wondering about the valve.

Thanks
Scott

I have neither of those kits but I have 4 wheel discs on a 109 with hydroboost. I used a inline prop valve on the rears. Theres not much to photograph. Its a valve with a line in and a line out . . . You may not need one. Setup the brakes and see how it acts. If the rears lock up before the fronts you will want the valve.

the disco axles on my 109 do not have a proportioning valve, it brakes evenly and straight every time.
