Lucas Gremlins

I am having issues with blowing fuses all of a sudden. I have a 95 Disco and have not had a cigar lighter since I bought it. I replaced the receptacle and it still seems to blow the fuse. Now my right side lights are giving me issues. The bad thing is this circut includes the light "beeper" and I am worried I will leave my lights on and the battery will go. I don't know if it a grounding issue.
Any help would be appreciated. :sly:
