Are all 8.1 compression ratio heads set up for unleaded fuel?

Short Answer - No

The only true way to ID an unleaded head is to visually inspect for hardened steel exhaust valve seats.

Gudjeon is right but it would be hard to think that someone would set up head these days without including hardened valve seats.
