Any hints on how to get my seat belt to come out? It was not retracting all the way the past day or two but now it is partially out, but not enough to wear and I can't get any more belt to roll out. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
Not sure if it is relavent or not but it was about zero degrees out last night...and is only about 11 right now. Not sure if a seat belt mechanism can freeze but since everything else it thought I might throw that out there.
