I have an OME medium lift all around with 245/75 R16 tires (http://www.landroversonly.com/forums/f8/tires-rubbing-rear-help-29622/#). The tires have never rubbed before, but on a trail ride with pretty extreme articulation recenly both rear tires came in contact with the inside fenders and sliced my tires up a bit.
On top of that, I've been annoyed that it looks like the rear of my truck (http://www.landroversonly.com/forums/f8/tires-rubbing-rear-help-29622/#) sits lower than the front. I hate that saggy-in-back look.
What are my options? I assume stiffer springs in back (OME heavy?) would provide a little more lift and a firmer spring so the wheels wouldn't tuck up into the wheel wells so far under full articulation. Longer bump stops might be an idea but I have this awful image of bottoming out early going over bumps and an unpleasant ride. Or a 1"-2" body spacer in the rear only to level the truck out and give some extra tire (http://www.landroversonly.com/forums/f8/tires-rubbing-rear-help-29622/#) clearance? I've seen ads for spring spacers, not sure what those are used for.
Any advice?
