Sorry im new here and was wondering if anyone has some good sizes and materials for do it yourself inner door molding for a '67 series 88. Just looking for something simple and to install door speakers.

Not a big deal. You can make door panels out of 3/8" plywood, covered in vinyl bought at a fabric store. If you check you can usually find a rollof vinyl on closeout for cheap. Glue it on with 3m super trim adhesive, and staple the backsides that you fold over. As far as a template goes, you really don't need one. Just use the back side of your bare door for the measurements.

Oh yeah, this setup would hold speakers fine. However, I'd consider a set of those rubber baffles that crutchfield sells. Otherwise, your speakers backsides are likely to get wet!

Good luck,
