I pulled error code p0440 on my 1999 DII and replaced the gas cap and it didn't fix my problem. How do I check my EVAP canister or purge solenoid to see if they are the problem? Any help would be great.
I posted this a week ago w/out a response. Is this problem too difficult for me to troubleshoot myself? If not, any suggestions would be great.
