Pick-up cab for Series III 109

Does anyone know where I might find a pick-up cab for my '78 RHD 3 door 109 Series III? It has a full hard top on it now but I want to turn it into a pickup truck. The closer to the Raleigh/Durham or Boone, NC areas the better. Any help would be appreciated.
