Anyone familiar with the proper spring tension for the "flywheel"? Also is the black dot on the side of the wheel magnetic paint of some sort? I'm assuming that is how the magnetic wheel directly connected to the speedo transfers energy to turn the needle?
BTW, This spedo / odo is from the original (positive) earth instrument panel (70 mph max)...
