what octane for a sereis 2a 109 1971

Wondering what gas to run is super the best for these engines?
Upgraded to a weber carb and now going to remove oil bath and install a k/n just want to have this run as best as possible.

Super is not necessary, so don't spend the extra bucks. Regular is fine.

Won't go into a long explanation, but you could actually adjust timing to make the car run fine on any of the three common grades.
