Stuck clutch Master Piston

Any ideas on how to pop out the plunger part? High pressure air didn't work, even after soaking for a week in penetrating oil. I'd drill it out, but its covered by that metal cap I need to reuse.

sh1tcan it and get a new one. Its not really worth the hassle if its that stuck.
