NOBODY KNOWS ABOUT MY 02 RR Radio/Nav not working yet fuse is good

The screen on the navigation screen i white and the radio comes on and the CD player and Nav system in the back works. The radio will go to station but no sound??????

You might have your NAV module checked. Mine is in series with the radio wiring harness, I have a 99 HSE. That shouldnt affect the screen though. Might be a bad NAV/Display module for the white screen issue. I would start by checking to see if there is a NAV interface module in series with the stereo, this might be the cause of the no sound issue.

try this place nothing but good words is what i hear about them. i'm talking with them now about my radio and they think good chance its the amp
