Defender dash on a Series III

Ok, the dash on my series is shot, i am in the process of fixing it but i found a defender dash (bottom part with the heater ducts) for a decent price. also, its RHD, and it has been rather hard for me to find a series RHD dash or find one that didnt cost $700! (yes i have a catalog that has one in it for that much but again its LHD and is useless to me)

So, i looked at the pics of the defender dash and it looks like it may work, but i dont want to buy it and then be stuck with something that wont fit. I dont mind doing a bit of fab-ing to make it work though.

Does any one out there have one on their rig or seen one on a series? will it work?

I'm not sure about putting a Defender dash on the Series III bulkhead, but I can tell you a Series III dash fits to a Defender bulkhead so I'd guess that it'd work.
