Heater motor

Allright now that winter is here, well sort of, and my Kodiak mkIII is rebuilt, I am looking for a better motor currently it has a generic mexican made thing (same one the PO installed that crapped out) it works but it does not push a lot of air.

Any suggestions on a good replacement.
Any suggestions on a better fan to push more air.
