This is a rare 96 Discovery from the Land Rover Trek off road tournament. Only 12 were made this year. This car was used in the tournament by Land Rover Louisville and I bought it from the dealer after the tournament. It has 97k miles on it and has been maintained with all paperwork for any service done. The car runs great and has no mechanical problems. It is a 5 speed manual, all lights and electronics work fine, and it has an aftermarket stereo with an ipod connection. Paint on the hood and blackout cover on the hood are fading(see attached pictures) as expected with a car that is 13 years old. Interior is in good shape, seats have had waterproof covers on them for life of car. Headliner is starting to sag where sunroofs should be. Car has factory rubber floor mats still. Tires are BF Goodrich all terrains with about 5k miles on them. Email me for more pictures or any questions.. I am asking $8k obo, and the car is located in Auburn, AL. Thanks!

You certainly do have a desireable truck. My son has a '97XD, and is quick to point out it's more rare than my NAS110, as there were only 250 imported to the US in 1997. Alot of people didn't even know that the XD came out in 1996, but I have a friend in Maine who has 2 of them, an ECO-Challenge '96 and a stock '97 XD. There were actually more than 12, as there were 12 for the ECO-Challenge too. Like the TREK vehicles, half were R380 5 Speeds, and half automatics. I have a rare dealer VHS tape of the whole Trek Competiton. My wife says I have too many Land Rovers now, but It sure is tempting.

I bought 1996 Trek number 4. Any pictures or documentation anyone has would be greatly appreciated. It needs restoration...
