Deceleration bucking SII Weber

Replaced my sick 34ICH. Now I am experiencing bucking in any gear at any speed when off throttle. Very noticable down hill. Thought it might be drive train but key off it goes away. Noticed a lot of play in dist shaft so I replaced tha too, no help. Any ideas? THANKS!

Which dizzy you got? Domed cap, flat cap, or orange cap.

New one's a flat top. But the bucking started before I replaced it and after new carb.....
