I have my 109 ex mod apart down to the frame. All thats left is the bulkhead, engine, transmission, and t-case. Can the whole drivetrain be removed together? i have a massive engine hoist so lifting wont be a problem. Being an ex mod the t case support is removable. Id like to think once i unhook everything i can just wiggle it out of the front all together. Thoughts?

If it's coming out the top, then you don't need to mess with the trans crossmember. Just Remove the driveshafts, unbolt the engine & trans mounts, then yank it.......

Good question. You may be able to pull it out the front. Thinking about it, if you go ahead and drop the trans crossmember it may give you some extra room to drop the trans down and pull it out the front.
