Changing Rims to Larger Size, HELP???

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the 16 inch rims on a 98 HS to the Larger 19" form a 2004 HSE?

The studs and lugs are definately totally different. Can I just switch out the studs to longer ones or are they a dirrerent diameter?

Do I need new hubs??

Any help and directios from anyone who has done this would be greatly appreciated.
