frame horn repair section

morning kids
hey
i got a frame horn repair section
i noticed the sides were left unwelded
is this supposed to slip over the frame and then
weld together?
i cut the horn off back to the crossmember
and it looks good

Depending on what you have in your hands - a lot of frame pieces are designed to sleeve overtop of the existing frame. It makes welding them a lot easier (overlaping steel instead of but-to-but seam).
