Installing New Springs & Shocks

I am about to start installing new springs and shocks. I have Big Blue Springs and Bilstein shocks. Also using 2" shorter HD shock towers and 2" lower shock mounts. Doing this on my own. Anyone have any suggestions or helpful hints.
