R&P swaps....series to Disco

So I have a disco/series hybrid project underway and I would like to gear down the diffs in my 24 spline rover axles. I see that Aschroft sells some R&P sets but I wondered if the R&P from the series diffs will work in the newer diffs? I know people put the later 10 spline range rover diffs into series now and then for the 3.54:1 ratios but those only work because of the splines being the same. The disco has the 24 spline shafts.

i put a series' r&p in a range rover diff. it would have worked if i had set it up right. the pinon bearing and seal went pretty quick but only cuz i had it too loose.
