The infamous death wobble

I have a 94 D90 at 50-55mph if I run over a bump it starts to shake, I have replaced the pan hard rod bushings and it went away for a couple days and now it is back.

Any suggestions?

My next thought is to replace all the bushings and damper.

Forget the damper, unless yours is leaking. It won't fix a wobble and it does not cause one. Your '94 is 16 years old, time to check the swivel bearing pre-load, the cause of 90% of DW issues.
