Is it possible without cutting? From the topside view, I don't see any bolts.

4 bolts but the battery tray sides come off with it

The previous owner had torched it off the battery tray for whatever reason, I'm going to put a plate on the battery tray so I can unbolt the air cleaner mount when I need space.
