Shocks??

Hey everyone. I recently noticed that the two front tires on my 67 88" are terribly worn. i have looked up the wear pattern and am under the impression the wear is cased by worn shocks (the tires are scalloped around them with worn spots every 8 inches or so).
I'm about to order some new shocks but i want to know if there is any other parts that may have caused this wear on the tires.. i have also ordered new tires.
the shocks that are on the truck are bilsteen shocks, and i dont know how old they are.
the truck has parabolic springs
it steers fine and rides well
it is stock except it has an 8274 winch on it (added weight).
i just dont want to replace the tires and shocks, to find out that the new tires are getting worn in the same way the old ones were.. any suggestions as to any other possible causes?

Shocks are usually easy to diagnose, I wouldn't order any until you know for sure yours are junk. Sometimes scalloping is shocks but not always.
