Is not that difficult if you have the manual and follow directions, it takes more time to read the directions than doing the job.
You have access to the manual? Let me know, I'm doing a head gasket job and I could give you some hints.Comment

Exhaust manifolds are a typical replacement item on Discos, they crack in half, probably some forum thread that talks about it somewhere, think it is ongoing problem, parts supplier issue.....
