Bamk 1&2 lean

I have a 2000 Disco2 with 160,000k. I replaced the spark plugs and wires, all four O2 sensors. Cleaned intake. But I am getting Bank 1 &2 to lean and code 1174 1172 manufacture control. Can’t find what that means. The book I have said that’s the same as Bank 1&2 to lean. Any ideas??
