Since installing a new soft top by proline from RN, all my newly galvanized trim and soft top frame have began to rust. 
Has anyone else experienced this? I think that the top must have been treated with some water repellant chemical and it has washed down onto the trim.
I have since removed the top and installed a hard top for the winter but, I am leary of reinstalling the soft top if it is going to have such an ill effect on my rover after only 3 1/2 months of use.
Any sugestions?
