SPRINGS on p38 2002

i have purple stripe (plh627) can some one tell are they reg. heavy duty or extra...i'm wanting 2" +/- lift for bigger tires 32-33" .
how long do springs last ? should i just get 2"plate or extra long springs with the llift in them. what shocks should i go with do they make a replacement steering damper. thanks
