F1 15A BRAKE CIRCUIT FUSE KEEPS BLOWING AND MY LIGHTS ARE GOING CRAZY!PLEASE HELP

so one night on the way home i went to cut on my turn signals and nothing.they didnt blink or anything,so when i stopped at a 7-11 i shut it off and when i started it back up it wouldnt come out of park,so after going through all my fuses i found fuse f1 in the fascia blown,so i replaced it tried again and about 10 seconds after i applied my brake boom it blew again,so to get it home i stuck a 20a fuse in to get it out of park and when i hit the brake my turn signal dash light came on and all of the flashers they didnt flash but they stayed on with the brake lights?and when i hit the turn signal it did the same thing they all lit up but they didnt blink just held on like the brake.i checked the bulb sockets brushed them and put conductor grease on them and put them back in also i checked the ground on each side where the tail lights are and they were both tight,HELP PLEASE has anybody else had this happen :confused:
