As long as my Rover is back in my possession I will be there. It is worth it to me just to be able to see old friends. Anything else is a bonus.
Jim
I'm going ,Rover Gods willing.:D
So Jim if we see Carey show up in your rig should we assume that you didn't get the truck back .:D
Don't even go there as I just might have to show up in a Yaris.
Jim
I will be going. See you all there!
This event is something that I've always wanted to attend but couldn't due to conflicts. Now that I have the time I have no running rover  everything is in pieces hopefully next year will be THE year.:thumb-up:
I will not be attending because my anniversary is on the 24th, and my wife doesn't love me THAT much...:D
Planning on it. Mostlikely in a coiler though....
Now Ted, what could be more romantic than sleeping in a tent you set up together in horse field, next to a bunch of mobile british oil spills, with the o'dour du 90wt in the air? If you like stage shows the tour of "Don's barn O' parts" has had several magnificent reviews over the years.
Are we going to that BBQ at the apple orchard again, that was great!
oh yeh that dinner was great.
cant wait
Well if Sean equates grannies to geese then it is 5 or more.
Jim
Sorry guys, it looks like I'll be unable to attend this year.
British Invasion and 2 weeks later a trip to Washington State for the Northwest Challenge, darn it something had to be dropped !
Hope the event is as good as it has been in the past.
Great location and really freindly folks.
:thumb-up:
I'm giving this thought. Anyone passing through/near the lower Hudson Valley on the way?
Whats the 5w's on this?
I have never been and want to come. From the website it looks like camping is available. How "primitive" is it (meaning do i need to bring an e-tool and bog roll)? Is there a place for you to make a fire to cook with? Do you need to bring your own wood or is charcoal the preferred method of cooking fires? Dogs?
What is the coordinating instructions regarding the swap meet? Is there somewhere to see what others bring before i haul my extra crap up there? Is "gently used" an acceptable term when describing parts or are people looking for NOS/resto grade stuff?
Thanks.
Hope to make it up there, will be sans-wife but will make up by bringing beer. (if thats allowed??)
To answer the important question...yes, beer is allowed....even encouraged!
Camping: bring a tent and a bag, porta-toilet on site.
Fires, he usually has a bon fire area. Doesn't like individual fires as it's a working farm field. Gas or charcoal grill for cooking.
Swap meet: Just bring your junk so we can haggle you down on it!
ducttape check your inbox sent you a PM
yeh its a great time.
Well, I'll be able to show up for the swap on Saturday :thumb-up: The wife says it'll give her a day without me bugging her. But Andy my rover wont be there this year as he's not on the road yet, but he'll be ready for next year! :D
coming up this weekend

I should be there late tomorrow afternoon as well. No door tops for this trip so the whole showers part will be charming. Guess we will have to take shelter in Don's barn.

It's not done, actually never got started. Long story.
