A/C -Alternator Problem

Good day, I am having quite a Land Rover ordeal with my P38. I am receiving an Alternator Fault message and at the same time the Tac stops working and the A/C compressor stops. This episode only lasts about 30 seconds to 5 minutes and while this is occuring the alternator is putting out 14 volts on my meter so that to me means the alternator is functioning just as is should right? I dont know what else to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
