OK, so here's my invention. I haven't tried it yet, but I suspect it's amazing:
1. Get a toilet bowl brush - a cylinder type one, not a loopy one.
2. Use a pipe clamp and/or duct tape to attach it to the flexible snakes used to fish wiring through walls and clean out plumbing (get it at Lowes or HD). Secure this well unless you want a toilet bowl brush stuck in your frame till time ends.
3. Use a soapy water spray and shoot it using high pressure into the frame in as many places as possible.
4. Run the flexible wire through the box frame throughto the other side.
5. Pull your rediculous homemade snake through the frame a few times to scrub out debris.
6. Shoot water through to rinse.
7. Use compressed air for a bit to dry it out well.
How does one get the amazing toilet brush tool inside the frame?

I think I need to see a YouTube clip of this! ROFLMAO!
Bad gas mileage gets you to some of the greatest places on earth.
Plug all holes except one and fill to the brim with old engine oil. Take on a frame twisting climbing and descending jaunt. Crud inside gets preserved along with the frame. No joke, its been done - and works.
