70's Series Airportable near Reading PA
I am trying to sell a 70's Land Rover Series Air portable, RHD 2.25 Gas. It was bought at auction by a friend who wants to get rid of it now. Good points: Body pretty good shape, 5 new BFG mud terrain tires, new Webber carb, new Rovers north exhaust, Engine rebuilt by British military in the 90's (markings on the block), hard Top with doors, extra tail gate (not on truck), frame pretty solid. Bad points: some rust in the bulkhead , floor pans missing, seats missing, gas tank missing, wireing all taken apart, no master cylnder, broken windshield (one side), Title is a salvage because it was sold at auction incomplete. Can be converted back once put back together. I had it running with a small lawn tractor gas tank and it was pretty smooth and quiet.
