Default Vibration issue on the hi-low lever

Is there a bushing or a rubber that I have to change to eliminate the vibration? There a bolt under that's hold the other extremity of the lever; it was loose and I put on a new bolt very tight and the vibration is now less but seems near the transfer case now. Help!

Theres a small part (Spring shim?) that fits between the ball ( there's a goove in it) of the hi-lo lever and the bracket that bolt to the shaft/arm on the gearbox. It help eliminate the vibe. Part number is 243714. Maybe your's is worn out or missing.

Oddly enough, it's called an "anti-rattle" clip or something like that.

I just put a small bungee cord around the two levers, did the trick. Now I always have a bungee close to hand.
