CT/RI Post Thanksgiving Event Feeler (Nov. 29-Dec 1)

I spoke with Forrest and he will no longer be hosting the Deer Lake get together at the scout reservation in Killingworth CT due to liability concerns. I still believe this is a popular weekend to host a rover event, and if there is enough interest I can throw together something, even if it is just for the day (on saturday the 30th). It would be VERY laid back, and would most likely be in the Mystic/North Stonington, CT area (same area as the Muddy Chef trails, but different to mix it up). If people are interested in camping (as some did at Deer Lake) I can arrange that as well, and incorporate trails on friday and sunday.

It is a shame that Forrest can no longer host the event, I had a blast last year at the rally. I'd be interested pending time and location.
