    Default level rear end

good morning , when I look at the series 3 from the back I noticed it seems lower on the right , I took some measurements its off by an inch . I looked around and where the axle sits on the leaf spring there is no rubber spacer on the left , is there meant to be one ,

guys sorry its not rubber it feels metal , the back left axle has some additional support steel welded to it so it takes up the one inch , also on the u bolts they seem to have the same distance from the bolt to the end , there is no excess thread on the left ,a little stumped why its one inch lower on the right
