    Default crank position sensor

I replaced the crank position sensor on my 04 Discovery and now it wont start only cranks over . symptoms before I replaced the sensor were misfires and stalling at idle after warm up . After car stalled , it wouldn't start back up . Only cranked over . Came back after a few hours and it started fine . After sensor change it just cranks like it did after stalling . Anyone have any experience with changing crank position sensors on the Discovery II ?

It's possible that you got a bad sensor. Other than that, check the plug to be sure it's good and plugged in fully (it can be a bear to get at). If more info is needed try "Disco Web", you'll find more tech over there.
